The UK-600-A semi-automatic circular saw is an "upcut" machine and is mainly used to cut profile materials made of cast aluminium, copper and hard plastics (requires solid material). The machine is characterized by easy handling and fast, convenient changing of the material as well as simple adjustment of the miter angle. The UK-600 A has an infinitely adjustable miter range left and right up to 20° (swivel range two times 70°). The saw feed takes place independently at the push of a button, the material is clamped via two pneumatically controlled vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders. This machine comes standard with a minimum lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are available on this machine. Furthermore, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital miter angle display, a marking laser and pneumatics for lifting the protective hood!

Our NC pusher system ensures that your machining parts are positioned at the desired machining position on our UK 600 HA 90°. A gripper clamps the material, the NC control positions the material automatically. The tension and the sawing process are then triggered. The positions are previously programmed into the program control. Once the machine tool has completed your machining, it automatically moves to the next sawing position. Depending on the processing part, several parts can also be clamped on top of each other/next to each other and positioned at the same time.
