The MACC SPECIAL 335 MS is a semi-automatic bandsaw for cutting solid bars and small-sized profiles, offering high performance and excellent precision. The robust structure provides the machine with the necessary rigidity and precision for the cutting unit. The bandsaw drive is equipped with a two-speed motor and a special gearbox complete with a bronze gear, hardened, and ground worm screw. The appropriately sized flywheels and robust bandsaw guides are made with sealed ball bearings and adjustable Widia inserts. Using an electromechanical microswitch control, the bandsaw can be tensioned with the rotation of the blade. Equipped with a safety device on the flywheel cover and the blade, the machine is completed with a rotating table for supporting the material and a vice with a quick-feed device. Operation: Starting the cutting cycle via the start button, the machine: 1. closes the vice and activates the bandsaw motor; 2. lowers the saw arm for cutting; 3. the saw arm returns to the starting position; 4. stops the bandsaw motor; 5. opens the vice. Manual cutting is also possible. Cutting speed (m/min): 38-77. Cutting thickness (mm): 1.2. Cutting range: 45° left, 60° right. Stop for cutting the same size: adjustable.
