Marel CT2630

Marel 2630 Salmon Filleting Machine

If you’re processing salmon or trout, the Carnitech CT 2630 will give you a competitive advantage. The dual knife system – band and circular – ensures a clean, precise cut every time. This results in a higher yield, less waste, and a better-quality fillet. It is designed to handle fish ranging from 2 to 7 kg, processing up to 20 fish per minute without compromising cut quality. The integrated compressor and low water consumption make it efficient and hygienic. Add the circular knife grinder accessory to maintain optimal performance. This machine is all about fast, clean, and consistent output.
