The T-Rest Intermediate Dough Resting Chamber allows you to rest the fermented dough before shaping it. With the T-Rest's static constant rest function, you can get a stress-free dough.
The chamber is made of a combination of stainless steel panels and windows made of transparent plexiglass. This chamber forms part of the bread production line, and its capacity and position are adapted to the rest of the line.
