Plate cooling is a cooling system that uses eutectic plates to maintain an appropriate temperature level. The passive plates are connected to the power supply (380V) overnight. The freezing point of the eutectic solution is -33 °C. The eutectic plates are designed to maintain the temperature of already frozen goods.
