Abstracts
This is a high-quality system that mixes and homogenizes up to 3 additives in a hot mixer. The control system is included in the scope of supply. First, the material is transported from the production area to a storage silo. From this first silo, the material is fed into the hot mixer, then into the cooler, and finally into a second silo for intermediate storage. After that, there is the option to directly fill the powder onto a big bag filling scale or to compress it into pellets using a pellet press and then fill them. The steel structure is included in the scope of supply. Where necessary, the system is designed according to ATEX standards.

The system was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center will be closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner's expense and can be delivered at a port or in the production facility in Europe, EXW.
