Water or liquid filling line for PET containers – capacity approx. 6000 bph (2.0 L)

Currently, the machines are configured for 2.0 L PET bottle formats (other formats not included).

It is possible to adjust to smaller or larger PET bottles by preparing the appropriate equipment.

The line includes:

- Nagema BF-60 filler with 12-head bottle capping unit
- Plate conveyors for PET bottles
- Nagema saturator, type KOMI 160
- Spomasz wrap-around paper labeller
- Bottle packer with control cabinet for creating multipacks, e.g. 2x3
- Electric shrink oven + cooling fan for multipacks
- Pallet wrapper

Technical condition: the machines were operational up to the end of production in 2018.
Inspection and maintenance are recommended before resuming production.

Optionally, a SIDEL SBO4 blower, which was last in operation on this line, can also be purchased.
