Blasting house for all blasting media made of a steel construction/isopanels with filter system, air circulation system, blasting media preparation, pressure blasting pot 200l automatically refilling, blasting hose with dead man's control, breathing air system, LED lighting, wall cladding 70shore 4mm fabric rubber, sweep pit bucket elevator.

Blast media recirculation via sweeping pit with bucket elevator can be upgraded to cross conveyor screw with dosing hood across the entire width as sweeping pit or complete flat conveyor floor.

Workpiece transport can be retrofitted: blasting carriage with track bed, crane system, crane roof opening, etc.

For glass bead blasting for stainless steel, can be upgraded with the correct magnetic drawer or electrically driven magnetic drum separator.

When blasting with 2 different blasting media (ferritic and mineral), upgradeable with magnetic drum separator, final magnetization stage and second air separator for blasting media separation, cleaning.
