The Poly-clip System FCA 80 is a professional, fully automatic double clipping machine designed for reliable and continuous operation in meat processing plants, butcher shops, poultry processing facilities, and catering companies. The machine is used for the precise closing of wax-coated sausages, protein, collagen, cellulose, and plastic casings using two clips, with the option of simultaneously feeding loops for hanging sausages on smoking sticks.
The device is mechanically and electrically compatible with most popular vacuum filling machines available on the market. Thanks to the use of a separate die and a linear pusher, the clipping machine ensures perfectly clean sausage ends and uniform casing wrinkling, which translates into an aesthetically pleasing appearance of the finished products. The integrated, adjustable conveyor belt allows for smooth product removal without the risk of damage or deformation.
