Fully Automatic Sawing and Punching Machine for Aluminum and Plastic Profiles

The Profilma 502 ST - HV combines precise sawing and flexible punching in a fully automatic process. Based on the Profilma 502 model, it is specifically optimized for high-volume applications and combined processing operations – including the handling of entire profile layers.

Control is provided via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time display, and integrated fault diagnosis. An IXON router allows for secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per order. The horizontal punching unit can be deactivated if required.

Sawing Area & Feed:

- 500–550 mm saw blades
- Saw drive: 7.5 kW, S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm
- Infinitely variable speed control
- Saw cuts from below, with motorized feed
- Material feed: 3–800 mm, reversible up to 4,000 mm
- Ball screw spindle with servo drive and round guide shafts
- Remnant length: from 75 mm (saw mode), from 80 mm (punch/saw mode)*

Punching Unit:

- Vertical and horizontal hydraulic punching (on discharge side) with automatic oil cooler
- Punching force: 2 × 150 kN
- Stroke: ≤ 20 mm
- Vertical stroke infinitely adjustable (also suitable for embossing)
- Horizontal punching cylinder can be switched off separately
- Double stroke cycle time: 2x 2–3 seconds
- Punch scrap is discharged sideways from the machine frame
- 250 × 800 mm conveyor belt for part discharge

Equipment:

- 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders (vertical, pressure-reduced)
- 3 chip extraction nozzles Ø 100 mm, volt-free contact for extraction control
- Minimum quantity lubrication unit with 2x 3-liter tanks and level indicator
- Noise protection package: sound-insulated hood and internal saw blade guard
- Roller conveyor (740 mm) with reach protection on infeed side
- Sturdy stationary frame, working height: 960 mm
- Manually opening safety hood
- Saw blade housing located under the table

Max. Cutting Area:

- Profile height: up to 65 mm
- Profile width: up to 135 mm
