Opis

The used QUASER MV 184 C 4-axis vertical machining center is a medium-sized CNC vertical machining center featuring a cast iron structure and roller guideways for the table. Axis travels: X 1020 mm, Y 610 mm, Z 610 mm; table dimensions: 1200×600 mm, with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. The machine is equipped with a continuous 4th axis TJR HR 255N with corresponding tailstock, as well as a precision-milled table with T-slots.

Spindle: ISO-40 (DIN 69871) with 10,000 rpm (max power: 18 kW), spindle cooling via dedicated chiller, high-pressure through-spindle coolant, 30-position RANDOM-type tool changer with swing arm, RENISHAW TS 27 tool presetting device, wireless RENISHAW part probe, and belt-type chip conveyor.

Year of manufacture: June 2017 (installed in 2018), equipped with FANUC MILL I CNC with color LCD, Manual Guide i software, remote handwheel, USB port, RS-232 serial interface, memory card slot, and FILTERMIST mist extraction unit.

The machine is in PERFECT condition with only 2,350 cutting hours, and various tooling options are available as accessories.
