Rösler RMSF-4/800 / R 12/6 SM-E / Z1000

The system is a complete surf finisher system including suction station + undersize screening station + complete water treatment + water tank from Rösler. If required, including robot + handling portal.

The components are transferred by robot to a portal with holders and immersed in the rotating surf container. The deburring performance is 20 seconds. Immersion time corresponds to about the same performance as 10-15 minutes. in a conventional vibratory finishing machine.
