Complete 2010 Rademaker Pie Line, capable of producing up to 5,280 filled savoury pies (with lids) per hour.

This production line comprises of the following equipment/machinery:

1. 2 x sets of tooling complete with trollies, one set for pies with casing diameter of 110mm.
2. Electrical control panel (with data plate ‘PIE LINE’ on).
3. Inclined flighted conveyor for loading of pastry sheets.

4. Overhead transfer conveyor (used to feed 'STRIPFEEDER') operating at 2.4m high along the length of the line.
5. Rademaker ‘STRIPFEEDER’ with denester for dropping pie cases.
6. Rademaker Tamping unit 1 (used to tamp the dough round into the pie casing).
7. Rademaker ‘DEPOSITOR’ 6-lane depositing system with hopper and pump.
8. Rademaker ‘TAMPING UNIT’ 2 for tamping filling down into casings.
9. Rademaker ‘LID DOUGH CONVEYOR’ for dropping lids onto filled pies.
10. Dutch Thermal Engineering b.v. (DTE) V-009.0 thermostat for regulating temperature of water bath sat under main conveyor holding pie casings.
11. Rademaker Crimping unit / marking unit for putting pattern into casing lid and ensuring it is secured onto pie.
12. Rademaker Pie exit/discharge conveyor.
13. Rademaker ‘DOUGH RETURN SYSTEM’ for excess pastry.
14. Rademaker ‘SPOT DEPOSITOR’ for 5-across over line depositing.
15. Unnamed egg-glaze mixing vessel and pump, mounted on mobile frame.
