- In the process of dividing the dough, the machine does not exert pressure on the dough itself, but on the contrary, it continues to knead the dough inside the machine - therefore, the gluten of the dough is not destroyed, but remains "alive" - therefore no chemical food additives are required,
- The machine is extremely compact and quiet - hence the free space in production and quiet operation when cutting the dough,

- The machine works with any type of dough (except puff pastry), of any hardness, humidity and composition.
