How does the RISCO RS 503 vacuum filler work?

Raw material goes into the 350-liter hopper, which can be fed directly from 200 l trolleys. Operating under vacuum removes air from the mass, while a vane pump with a feeding system ensures a continuous, stable flow of product to the machine outlet. The servo drive and a multifunction controller allow precise setting of filling parameters and portion size, and quick connection to other equipment such as clippers, forming machines, or packaging lines makes it possible to build complete production lines. In a configuration with an integrated RS 70 linear grinder, the machine can fill and grind the raw material at the same time.
