The XR-640 is 162.5 cm wide and combines two functionalities. The machine prints your jobs and automatically cuts them out afterwards. This allows you to quickly and efficiently produce a wide range of stickers, labels, heat transfers for textiles, and more. Furthermore, you only need one device – saving you space, energy, and money.

The XR-640 is equipped with serially arranged print heads. The colors are mirrored, which ensures consistent quality during bi-directional printing. Roland’s Intelligent Pass Control technology further enhances quality by precisely controlling the direction, amount, and density of the ink droplets.

In “High Speed” mode, print speeds can reach up to 21.6 m²/hour, both for vinyl and banners. Despite these high speeds, the print quality remains excellent.
