This fully automatic miter band saw combines the proven sawing technology of the VG 450 L with a powerful material feed system, enabling virtually operator-free sawing operation.

The integrated automatic material feed system independently transports the material to the sawing station and positions it precisely for each individual cut. At the same time, the machine automatically monitors the end of the material. The sawing process is completed reliably.

A particular highlight is the ability to produce frame components with miter cuts fully automatically. Different cutting angles are executed precisely and with high repeatability, making the VG 450 L ZA-2 ideal for the production of windows, doors, facades, steel structures, and metalwork. Angle profiles, rectangular tubes, square tubes, round tubes, and solid materials can also be processed reliably and economically.

The hydraulic miter adjustment allows for cutting angles from 45° left to 60° right, enabling numerous frame constructions to be produced without manual adjustments.
