Saeilo ACE 12+

For sale is a SAEILO ACE 12+ CNC turning center, manufactured in 2017 and first commissioned in July 2018. It includes a BOSS 552 bar feeder with 32 tool positions, manufactured in 2018.
The machine is based on the ACE Designers Jobber LM Elite and is equipped with a FANUC Series 0i-TF control. The machine number is 1950.

The machine is currently connected and can be inspected while powered on. It is in used condition with typical signs of wear from industrial use.

The scope of delivery includes an IEMCA Boss 552-HD heavy-duty bar feeder, type 32 LL, manufactured in 2018, serial number 021835GA03. The bar feeder weighs approximately 830 kg, operates on 400 V / 50 Hz, and requires 6 bar of compressed air.

Technical data of the machine: max. machining diameter 320 mm, swing over bed 500 mm, swing over slide 225 mm, distance between centers 425 mm, X-axis travel 165 mm, Z-axis travel 400 mm, spindle speed up to 5,000 rpm, 8 tool stations, tool cross-section 25 x 25 mm, rapid traverse X/Z 30 m/min, and a machine weight of approximately 4,000 kg.

Electrical data: 380/400 V AC, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 24 V DC control voltage, 40 A fuse, 23/22 A rated current, and 15 kVA connection power.

Important note: The measuring arm is currently not functioning. Other functions can be tested during an on-site inspection while the machine is powered on.
