Frame:
The basic structure consists of an unalloyed steel framework, on which the outer cladding made of unalloyed steel is mounted and painted in RAL 1013 (pearl white).
The oven's inner casing is made of aluminized steel sheet.
Insulation between the two oven casings (inner/outer casing) is ensured by 120 mm of rock wool.

Floor:
Like the oven walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to the first drawer): 800 mm +/- 100 mm, adjustable via the oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, height 250 mm, for a usable load height of 120 mm.

Maintenance Doors:
2-wing maintenance door on the back of the oven.
Secured with screws.
This door provides complete access to the interior of the oven.

Part Handling:
Parts are handled via 3 drawers (stacked on top of each other).

Usable height per drawer: 170 mm, with almost 10 mm of clearance.
The drawers are smooth and equipped with a sealing strip on the drawer bottom to reduce heat loss when opened.

The drawer seals are made of silicone.
The locking mechanisms for each drawer are secured by electromagnets and controlled by the Siemens system.
A timer is provided in the control cabinet to control the minimum preheating time for each drawer.
