The Scaligera Ulisse 4000 is an automatic sleeve applicator for applying shrink sleeves to bottles and packaging. The machine places pre-formed sleeves over products, after which they are guided through a shrink tunnel for the final shrinking process.

Operating principle:
Products are supplied via the conveyor belt, after which the machine automatically applies a sleeve over each product. The product then passes through the heating tunnel, where the sleeve shrinks under heat and conforms to the shape of the product.
