Process monitoring for cold forming, e.g. for multi-stage presses and for screw presses (boltmakers)
Schwer+Kopka SK500 and SK5 devices detect process faults, protect the machine and mould from overloading, improve the quality of the parts produced and help operators to set up the machine more quickly. In the event of production problems (e.g. mould breakage or ejection errors), they switch off the machine at an early stage to prevent costly consequential damage to the machine and mould.
