New portable homogenizer with a 145 mm diameter rotor, made of AISI 316L in all parts in contact with the product, and with a polished finish Ra < 0.80 μm.

It can withstand vacuum and a working pressure of 16 bar, and its motor has a power of 7.5 kW, providing a rotation speed of 2,930 rpm.

It includes an atmospheric system for solid intake, which allows the direct injection of powdered solids into the homogenizer's intake. This process solves the problems of incorporating floating solids and improves processing time if all other ingredients are loaded through the hopper, as they are added directly to the homogenizing chamber. The hopper has a capacity of 50 liters and features a butterfly valve, which allows it to be closed and the inlet flow rate to be regulated.

All components are mounted on a wheeled cart to facilitate mobility.
