Operating Description – Sinmag CT808 Cake Cutter
The Sinmag CT808 is a semi-automatic cake cutting machine designed for accurately dividing round cakes and pastry products into equal portions. The machine is controlled via a Siemens PLC control system with a touchscreen interface, allowing various cutting programs to be selected and adjusted.

All settings are controlled through a Siemens touchscreen display, which also supports multiple language options.
The machine is clad with polished chrome-finished stainless steel panels, providing a high-gloss appearance, and is mounted on four swivel castors with brakes for easy movement and secure positioning.
