SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Automated Vertical Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical storage lift designed for efficient storage and picking of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by high storage density and ergonomic ease of operation.

Functions and Advantages
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access point, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of the stored items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in very high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access point (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at different height levels to ensure ergonomic retrieval. Optionally, the reach-in depth into the tray can be further reduced, reducing the strain on the operator.

Software integration: The storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC control system and can be integrated into customer-specific WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical racks, which ensure robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of the tray, even with eccentric loading.
