Photoelectric sensor control:
• 1 photoelectric sensor at the end of the powered section (after 22,000 mm / beginning of discharge section) → stops the conveyor system when occupied
• 1 photoelectric sensor at the end of the discharge section (mounted under the discharge section, facing upwards, fan-shaped beam) → starts the conveyor system when released (adjustable response time)

Process:
Boxes are placed along the entire powered section and transported to the pick-up position. The control system prevents the discharge section from becoming overcrowded and automatically restarts when a box is removed.
