Superstructure: Self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for exceptionally high stability and strength. Crossmembers, 140 mm high, reinforced design (for high ground load). Additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of aluminum up to the support structure (trailer design, max. 39,000 kg).

Jost (DCA) axle units, 3x9-ton version with DCA air suspension, raising and lowering function, Wabco Smartboard information center, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) readable on the control unit (display), 1st and 3rd axles liftable with starting assist (new EC regulation, without control unit option), 3rd axle with Optiturn control.

According to EC standards, EBS E-system Wabco with RSS system (Roll-Stability-Support) and premium modulator, spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System:
According to EC standards 91/633 and 97/28, with 6 LED three-chamber lights, type Aspöck Europoint, integrated in the aluminum rear panel, 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket, with side marker lights in LED design, 2 reflective panels on the rear, front position lights 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights behind the 3rd axle, 2 separate LED reversing lights on the sides, approximately at landing gear height, 1 LED interior light.

Front wall load: 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall: 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum body, side walls: 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded in with upper and lower belt. Plank profiles fully welded inside, floor designed as a sliding floor system on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers, floor load capacity approx. 9 tons/m2, crossmembers mounted closely together (approx. 350 mm), aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in a straight design, special aluminum corner profiles in a sloping design, smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 aluminum wing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 swivel rod locking mechanisms, mounted in a welded aluminum rear frame in Teflon and stainless steel bearings, doors secured in the open position with one chain each on the sides, moving residual unloading wall with Kevlar lining, approx. 1,800 mm long, plus Kevlar seal on the sides, aluminum wear plates on the sides and rear, approx. 2,000x1,500x4 mm, service door in the front wall.
