The TECHNOMAKS RPM-997 is a professional radiator and heater core cleaning machine designed to remove sludge, rust, sediment, and antifreeze residue from vehicle cooling systems without disassembling components.

It enables heater core cleaning without removing the vehicle's dashboard and radiator cleaning without removing the radiator from the vehicle. It can also be used for cleaning the engine block and cylinder water channels, intercooler cooling circuits, LPG/CNG regulators, and cooling system lines.

The device helps to check for constrictions or blockages in the cooling line by measuring the pressure within the system. The existing pressure value is measured before cleaning, and the cleaning process is initiated if necessary. After the process is completed, the pressure is measured again to check for improved system relief and circulation.

The RPM-997 offers the flexibility to work with different vehicles and levels of contamination, with an adjustable temperature between 50–80°C and an adjustable cleaning time between 15–45 minutes. The heated cleaning fluid helps to remove rust, scale, sludge, sediment, and residues caused by the use of low-quality antifreeze from the system.

Thanks to its powerful circulation pump, the cleaning fluid is circulated through the system at a high flow rate. This supports the effective cleaning of deposits in the radiator, heater core, and engine water channels.

The cleaned system contributes to maintaining the engine's ideal operating temperature, reducing the risk of overheating in the summer, and ensuring more efficient and faster heating of the heater core in the winter.

The device features a 20-liter capacity chrome stainless steel tank, a durable metal housing, and a removable and cleanable chrome filter. During cleaning, dirt and sediment from the system are collected on the filter, preventing them from returning to the system.

The RPM-997 also provides professional service reporting. Vehicle registration number, mileage information, and pressure values before and after cleaning can be recorded. The process results can be printed from the device's integrated printer and delivered to the customer.
