The machine was previously used in production for resistance welding of aluminum trays.

It is offered as a complete welding system as shown in the photos, including the custom-built supporting base/workstation and the integrated water cooling/chiller system used for cooling the welding arms and electrodes.

The machine is equipped with programmable electronic welding control, pneumatic electrode actuation, program selection, and water-cooled welding electrodes.
