Additional, non-standard machine equipment:

1) Thread forming function with thread counter and thread forming tool damage control: chip-free thread forming is possible in both structural steel and stainless steel and aluminum. The threading tool is mounted like all other tools in the head. Thread size to be machined ranges from M 2.5 to M10. A thread sensor enables control of the threading tool damage. User-friendly operation, including lubricant level control.
2) Marking/surface embossing function: fast marking using appropriate tools. High-quality knurling can be performed at high speed.
3) Lowerable die: the lowerable die enables scratch-free processing because it moves downward when positioning the sheet metal.
4) Additional clamping device: recommended for processing very thin sheets and when using roller tool machining technology.
An additional 2 clamping devices can be installed. In combination with the SheetMaster Compact, a third clamping device is recommended.
5) 3 x Option - vertically movable clamping device: the clamping devices move vertically (maximum stroke 12 mm); enables direct processing of the sheet metal at the clamping devices. This option reduces scratches from high forming dies.
6) Sensor in the slide for small parts: control of the slide for small parts (included in the "Nibbling-free machining" option).
7) Second locating pin: the pin is located on the outside on the right side.

8) RTC tool cassettes: 17 tool cassettes with die plates, enabling quick machine retooling.
9) Brush table with unloading and loading assistance: a brush table is recommended for processing particularly delicate materials. Vertically moving balls embedded in the table facilitate the loading and unloading process.
