About this model:
Our "Basic" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper of European manufacture, which guarantees absolutely consistent results thanks to up to 10 programmable memory settings—effectively eliminating the "human factor." The electromagnetic brake allows you to adjust the film tension to your requirements and save these settings within the programs.
Within each program, you can also set the speed of the film carriage and turntable. Top wraps and bottom wraps can also be programmed for each setting. This way, you can store individual programs for every wrapping scheme to always achieve perfect wrapping results.
Weighing 260 kg, this model is suitable for loads of up to 1200 kg. Our Basic pallet wrapper features a 1500 mm turntable and is standard-equipped to wrap pallets up to 2000 mm in height. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric sensor) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. If you need to reposition the wrapper, it can be easily moved with a forklift via integrated cut-outs.
