Item Description:
For sale is an excellently maintained, fully functional, and highly precise WEILER E30x750 precision cycle turning machine. This model is considered the absolute industry standard in toolmaking, prototype construction, and demanding small-batch production. Thanks to the intuitive WEILER cycle control system, both the simplest turning operations can be performed manually via the traversing handwheels, and complex contours can be programmed highly efficiently without in-depth ISO code knowledge.
The machine comes from a clean workshop, has been regularly maintained, and exhibits excellent mechanical accuracy.

Operating Hours, Control System & Condition:
• Switch-on hours (machine under power): 26,492 h
• Important commercial note regarding operating time: Based on experience, the actual spindle running time (pure turning under load) in workshop machines is only 30% to 50% of the switch-on time. The actual machining time is therefore only approximately 8,000 to 13,000 hours!
• Accuracy: Toolmaker's accuracy according to DIN 8605.
• Equipment: Traversing control panel with electronic handwheels, automatic central lubrication of guideways and spindle lead screws, folding chuck guard, coolant system, and complete machine documentation.

The machine is located at our site in Graz (Styria). It is fully connected and can be inspected and thoroughly tested at any time after prior appointment.
