Bundle feeding unit, tipping destacker.
Cross conveyor with waste rejection function.
Transfer to twin bandsaw. Twin bandsaw with diagonal cutting function. Singulation before planing infeed.
Through-feed crosscut saw. Infeed to planing machine.
Weinig 22 B planer with 8 spindles. Electronic feed drive with frequency inverter up to 80 m/min.
In 2023, the planer was fitted with a new frequency-controlled feed system as well as new table and wear plates.
Outfeed from planing machine. Almab stacking system with stick magazine for 9 sticks. Additional Almab stacking system.
The planing line is fully mechanised.
Specifications: Wood length range 2–6.10 m. Thickness 10–120 mm. Width 40–220 mm.
Bundle size input: 1.20 × 1.30 m. Output: 1.20 × 1.20 m (W × H).
Well-maintained system. Regular service.
