Package intake. Automatic de-stacking of packages. Batten separation.
Cross conveyor with reject sorting.
Feed to twin band saw. Singling out before the planing machine infeed.
Through-feed crosscut saw. Infeed to the planing machine.
Weinig 22 B planer with 8 spindles. Electronic feed with frequency converter up to 80 m/min.
In 2023, the planer was equipped with a new frequency-controlled feed, new table, and new wear plates.
Outfeed from the planer. Weinig stacking system with batten magazine. Also Almab stacking system.
The planing line is fully mechanized.
Specifications: Wood length from 2 to 6.10 m. Wood thickness from 10 to 120 mm. Wood width from 40 to 220 mm.
