Yxlon GmbH MU 2000

Yxlon MU 2000 type industrial X-ray screening equipment with 160 KV output:
The system were totally refurbished in 2020. The flat panel and all of the axiscontrol electromotors were also replaced!!!
The stained glass viewing window with a safety lock can be opened with two hands and the workpieces
can be inserted without stopping the radiation! The workpieces can be moved using a five-axis
manipulator. The movement can be programmed, which speeds up the work and makes the evaluation
more accurate. However, it is also possible to move it manually for inspection!

The machine automatically moves the inspection table and the tilt angle and height of the C-arm
according to the program compiled on the basis of the parameters of the places to be tested, so that the
number of testable pieces can be significantly increased in the case of serial tests. Several components
can be loaded into the cabin at the same time, and the machine examines them one by one according
according to the programming.
