• Line layout: Feed conveyor section approx. 900 mm horizontal, inclined conveyor section approx. 1850 mm, 20° angle of inclination, rubber conveyor belt BB 650 mm, transversely stable, with Flexowell edges h = 600 mm on both sides of the load-bearing side, T50 cross cleats spaced every 400 mm. Usable width approx. 400 mm.
• Support rollers spaced 500 mm apart, stub return rollers spaced 750 mm apart
• Relief and return rollers are maintenance-free.

• Maintenance-free load-bearing rollers. • Driven by SEW slip-on gear motor 0.55 kW, v = approx. 0.3 m/s

• Motor/terminal box with attached Harting connector 10-ASB1
• Drive and idler pulley d = 220 mm, with 8 mm rubber friction lining
• System with 3-sided feed hopper L = 900; H = 200/130 mm, W = 600 mm
• Hopper with bolted rubber lining made of 65° shore wear-resistant rubber
• Sheet metal covering of the edge-free zone of the rubber belt with SF
• System with 2 pairs of adjustable supports (feed height top of hopper 1020 +/- 100 mm)
• 1 x Siemens G120C 0.55 kW with frequency converter
