The RC-1-0505 stud welding system stands out due to its high-quality equipment and a safety enclosure with protective panels and additional light grid. The system includes a CDP-99 stud welding unit using capacitor discharge technology, a fully automatic stud feeder, and a KAH100 welding head. The working area of the machine is 500 x 500 mm. The system is easy to operate and program, even for inexperienced operators. Welding positions can also be set via teach-in procedure using a crosshair laser and handheld control unit.
