Description:
This high-quality DECKEL FP1 milling machine has been fully refurbished, both mechanically and electrically upgraded to the latest technical standards. The machine was completely dismantled and cleaned, all guideways were ground, all mechanical wear parts and electronic components such as controls, drive motors, linear encoders, and much more were replaced, bringing the machine up to as-new condition.

As part of the modernization, a new touch-proof control cabinet and a new motor were installed.
All axes are equipped with HEIDENHAIN direct measuring systems (positioning accuracy 0.005 mm).

Installation of a new CE-compliant control cabinet according to the latest statutory regulations (BGVA 3 / DIN-EN 60204-1 New Machine Standard).

Controls, drive package, and drive motors were all completely renewed and brought up to the latest state of the art during the overhaul.
