Used vertical cosmetic reactor/process vessel by Ekato (DE) model SRA 2500. Tank has total volume 3674 l and working volume from 650 l up to 2500 l. Tank is designed for work on pressure from -1 up to 3 bar, working temperature up to 151 C. Test pressure on tank up to 4.69 bar. Tank is designed in AISI 316L. Tank is layered with stainless steel (AISI 304) heating jacket, volume 190 l. Jacket is designed for work on pressure in range from 0 to 4 bar, working temperature up to 151 C. Test pressure on jacket up to 7.81 bar. Top of the reactor is bolted and has central mounted frame/paravisc type agitator with wall scrappers, driven via reducer and el motor 37 kW, 1465 rpm, 400-690 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation up to 35 rpm. Reactor has central bottom outlet with discharge outlet. There are also included 4 stainless steel legs and tension sensors. Includes technical documentation. Last time used in cosmetic industry.
