Additional Information

Chassis
Lightweight high-tensile steel welded tipping semi-trailer chassis with replaceable 2" kingpin. Frame without side supports for gearbox landing legs. Patented curved front design. Central telescopic support leg. Trailer cannot be uncoupled while loaded; when uncoupled, it must remain inclined to the rear. Wheel chocks with holders. Folding rear underrun protection. Half-shell mudguards with new mounting system and anti-spray flap on the rear axle. Tarp support bar with holder. Rear towing hook.

Axles & Suspension
SAF lightweight disc brake axles with 370 mm brake discs. Laser-aligned axle and suspension system for reduced tyre wear and fuel consumption. Switchable tipping stabilizer on the 3rd axle. Air suspension with air pressure gauge. Automatic first lift axle with traction aid, also electrically controlled from the tractor (no tractor installation required). Traction aid operates up to 30% axle overload and max. 25 km/h.

Braking System
Dual-line air brake system with colour-coded air lines for easy servicing. Spring parking brake. Front air couplings without connecting hoses. Electronic Braking System (EBS) with front socket. Trailer must only be operated with towing vehicles supporting ABS functionality. Raise/lower valve. Electronic Stability Program (ESP). Automatic lowering during tipping with shut-off valve.

Wheels & Tyres
385/65 R22.5 Fulda tyres. Polished aluminium wheels.

24 V LED lighting with resistors. LED side marker lights. LED number plate lighting. LED front position lights. LED rear marker lights. 15-pin front connector. Additional rear LED work light activated via reverse gear.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure tipping cylinder (max. 170 bar) with HDK screw coupling, DN 48 (without hose connection). Hydraulic operation via PTO. Hydraulic hose with HDK screw connector included.

Body
Lightweight aluminium box body made from high-quality, wear-resistant material. 5 mm sloping front wall with external cylinder mount. Side walls made of 30 mm hollow aluminium profiles with anti-spillage top rail. External shovel and broom holder. Internal front access ladder. Aerodynamic Greenline tapered body. Membrane tailgate with external double-hook locking system and rubber seal. Heat-resistant up to 170°C. One-piece 6 mm floor. Front platform with access ladder. Lightweight roll tarp opening to the right with central locking on the left.

Operating Information
For transporting salt, lime or similar materials, Fliegl recommends a tipping cylinder with a hard chrome-plated piston rod to prevent corrosion. The stated gross vehicle weight is technically achievable; however, depending on the load, the maximum permissible weight may be limited by legal axle, kingpin or support loads.
