The shuttle warehouse features multiple storage levels, allowing for fully automated storage and management of pallets. The pallets are transported into the warehouse via the existing conveyor system and assigned to their respective storage locations by the shuttle system.
The multi-level design ensures optimal utilization of the available storage space. The system enables rapid and automated retrieval of pallets for dispatch, which streamlines logistics processes and reduces waiting times.
The system is particularly suitable as a buffer warehouse between production, palletizing, and loading, ensuring a continuous flow of materials.
