We thoroughly refurbish all machines that arrive in our warehouse, ensuring that our customers receive devices that are virtually like new with almost zero print count. Each machine is carefully inspected, cleaned, and restored so that it performs reliably and also looks excellent.

The refurbishment process

Complete disassembly: Every machine is fully taken apart down to the frame, allowing each component to be individually inspected and serviced.

Deep cleaning: We clean each device in great detail, removing all dust, dirt, and residues from even the smallest parts.

Consumables refurbishment: All consumables and wear parts are refurbished regardless of their condition to ensure long-term reliability.

Housing replacement: Scratched, broken, or discolored casing elements are replaced with parts in excellent condition.

Secure packaging: Finally, the machines are wrapped in protective film and shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive safely and without damage.

By the end of the process, the machine is restored to a condition that is as close to new as possible, both in appearance and performance.
