An industrial vegetable peeler is a professional device designed for the continuous, mechanical peeling and cleaning of root vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, parsley root, beets, and celery). It is intended for fruit and vegetable processing plants, raw agricultural produce packing facilities, catering establishments, and large central kitchens. The peeling process is carried out continuously by rotating rollers covered with an abrasive material. The raw material, which moves along the working chamber, is evenly peeled. A spray pipe mounted above the rollers continuously washes away the peeled skin and contaminants, ensuring a high level of hygiene and excellent quality of the prepared vegetables.
