The boiler has an air volume of 15.1 m³, a wall thickness of 6 mm, and the usable volume of the sludge chamber is reduced to approximately 12.8 m³ by the displacement piston. The full-size top cover can be hydraulically opened upwards. The cover locking mechanism features a galvanized, hydraulically operated latch. The upper and lower suction connections are manually operated in DN 100. Includes a Perot connection and a blank coupling. The tank content indicator has an internal float and an external scale; the display is in 500 l increments for both with and without the piston. The discharge chute is made of aluminum, and emptying is achieved through free discharge, pressurization, or by means of the displacement piston. The piston is locked using a pair of manually operated locking bolts. 2 piston seals with pressure regulation are located at the control panel. The suction line runs on the left side. Hose boxes made of aluminum are located on the right and left sides of the superstructure, designed for circumferential hoses. A lockable plastic toolbox is included. The control panel is made of stainless steel and is located at the rear right. 1 LED rotating beacon is mounted on the superstructure at the rear, and 1 LED ambient light is mounted on each side (left and right) and at the rear of the tank, each with an LED spotlight.
