Refurbished and newly painted MB Vario 814D from government/federal police ownership.
Equipped as a bus (group vehicle) MR / high-roof with full air conditioning and auxiliary heater,

ABS, driver airbag, and differential lock on the rear axle, as well as a retarder,
which is an electrically operated, wear-free eddy current brake for speed adjustment.

We completely refurbished the body in our own workshop and professionally repainted it in two colors.
Only the center section of the roof is still original.
For such work, we employ a qualified body builder as well as a qualified vehicle painter.
In the area of body repair, we are able to manufacture sheet metal in any form and weld it in professionally using a low-distortion welding process at
low temperatures.
In our special 18-meter long and 6-meter high paint booth, we can also professionally powder-coat such large vehicles at 80°C.
This ensures high quality and a vehicle that retains its value, and you will enjoy it for a long time.

We have replaced the windshield and the crank windows in the cab with real glass.
Thanks to its good insulation properties, the plastic glazing on the side windows and in the rear of the vehicle can remain.

Technically, this Vario has been recently serviced and is in good condition, with no pending repairs - it has been consistently maintained according to the service schedule.
The last inspection was carried out in 09/2025 at 171,635 km,
the last engine oil change in 10/2024 at 169,714 km.
Currently, the front brake pads have been replaced, the tires have been renewed (M+S as steering profile), the chassis has been lubricated, and the cartridge of the air dryer has been replaced.
The tires on the rear axle (M+S) have a tread depth of 8.0mm.

All components such as the engine, transmission, and rear axle are dry.

The air conditioning and auxiliary heater are functional and very effective:

1.) The air conditioning has two evaporators and vents above each seat in the passenger compartment.
2.) The auxiliary heater is a hot water circulating heater with convectors in the passenger compartment for draft-free heating.

Maximum speed Vmax according to registration certificate: 120 km/h.

A total of 11 seats, the seats in the passenger compartment are designed as reclining seats -
with adjustable backrests and armrests; furthermore, the left inner seats can be moved inwards on the console by approximately 10cm to provide more room.
A total of three effective roof hatches.

Interior dimensions from the driver's seat: 4000 x 1850 x 1900 mm (LxWxH).

For an additional cost of 750 €, we can carry out a technical modification to convert it into a motorhome.
Due to space constraints, up to 8 seats are possible.
In this context, the Vario will also receive a 220V external power connection.

We will provide the Vario with a new TÜV/AU (technical inspection/emission test) certificate upon delivery - it drives well and the transmission can be shifted precisely.
