Bodywork:
• Execution of all chassis modifications required for crane installation, including removal and reinstallation of add-on parts, exhaust system, tanks, etc. Modification of the vehicle frame as needed.
• All chassis and bodywork operations are carried out in strict compliance with the bodybuilder guidelines of the respective chassis manufacturer, ensuring top-quality execution.
• Complete assembly of a specially designed and in-house manufactured auxiliary subframe made of high-tensile fine-grained steel for the crane and superstructure. The welded design, bolted to the vehicle chassis, ensures maximum torsional stiffness and optimal crane stability. The unique feature of this subframe is its construction type. Executed to the highest quality standard and painted in the chassis color.
• Mounting/bolting of the crane and main support beam to the subframe. Installation of all hydraulic and electrical connections. Installation location: front
• Removable steel flatbed as a welded construction
• Length approx. 380 cm, width approx. 248 cm
• Flatbed superstructure painted in RAL (chassis color)
• Removable aluminum sideboards, manufacturer Suer, height 600 mm, anodized finish with stair steps, removable posts with "Kinngrip" feature
• Standard flatbed floor made of welded, painted 4 mm steel chequer plate in RAL (chassis color)
• 6 recessed lashing rings (2,500 daN each side), mounted in slotted profile with flexible positioning
• 4 chain lashing points 6,500 daN (2 front, 2 rear on the superstructure)

• Stable front wall made of welded frame, welded 4 mm steel plate and 5 accessory hooks, front wall height approx. 1,300 mm, version painted steel, with 2 folding lashing eyes welded on for tensioning straps
• Panel sheeting, fenders made of aluminum chequer plate (sandblasted, powder-coated and painted). Please indicate RAL color references.
• 2 BROSSBOX toolboxes, made of aluminum chequer plate (sandblasted, powder-coated, painted). Please indicate RAL color references; size and placement depend on wheelbase and available space.
• 1 BROSSBOX toolbox mounted between crane and front wall.
• Multifix stake pockets, 2 rows (as agreed), positioned approx. 80 cm from front wall and rear.
• Holders (for support pads, crane plates) made of galvanized steel
• Additional stabilizer mounted under the chassis
• Installation of underrun protection at the rear and on the additional stabilizer, including all hydraulic and electrical connections
• Duomatic and red/yellow (trailer) sockets, at the front for semi-trailer, also at rear for trailer

New crane, type FASSI F545 RA 2.27, continuous rotation, fully mounted, installed and parameterized, with 7 hydraulic extensions and JIB L214 with 4 hydraulic extensions
